They are making first order people whole before filling any second orders.

This is a smart move and eminently more fair than the last time around.
 
Well I talked to Nadine and my issue was with the 50$ store credit....I emailed them to use my 50$ credit for a free mag and the remaining balance for insurance.....I thought that was good enough and they would just bill my CC....I guess not they sent me an invoice for the remaining 6.73$ that was owing......I never seen it....thought it would be billed automatically...whatever....guess I'm gonna buy even more mags now

Then there was another added for taking so so long after about a year or so. That would be 2. Then after the order arrived there was a 3rd added only for guys who were shorted mags.

There also a $50 transferable in store credit in there somewhere. along the 2 year span.

Different people got different things depending on when they ordered and if they got full orders. Also that was per gun, so if you bought 2 double it and so on.

They also now have proper matching cheek rest for the folders (free) but you have to send a email if you want it.

Ok, I wasn't aware there was a third free mag...I was shorted but still got more than two...maybe I'll end up with 13...I ordered on opening day of the original preorder...
 
still no shipping notice on my missing mags. On the first order, I got my rifle (folder) the second last day that TI was shipping them out. Likely I'll get boned again from the looks of it. Sigh...

Seriously though seems like they are all over the place!
 
I was a little frustrated at first letting some of the trolls get to me but they made everything right. Eventually got everything. What more can you ask for ? thanks.

Just got my shipping notice. I ordered my rifle the 2nd day of the original pre-order. I am owed 7, if my calculations are right ��
 
don't think I'll be ordering anything from TI again, 5 months is a hell of a wait for something so expensive and I'm losing patience. Can't imagine being one of the original pre order guys from 2016, I'd have lost my mind with them.

Ummm, its a pre-order on a container from China, what else would you expect?
 
I was part of the first order in 2016, have my rifle.... today I got the second set of check rest for the folder as promised from the 2nd shipment. I have no complaints

I guess they are skipping Ontario for the people owed there cuz my buddy and I are yet to recieve anything
