the back part of the follower that pushes the bolt catch up are not high enough I waited months for these mags im not wasting my time on them they will go back

Pivot the pre-installed clips sideways so they clear the frame and can pop out free. Hard to describe but look at your new set and you should be able to make sense of it.

Got everything yesterday. All mags fit and function, including BHO. One mag looked used, like someone returned it first. Had brass residue on follower and obvious wear on the mag catch and feed lips, but it fits and cycles OK, so I'm OK with it. Probably someone with an out of spec BHO returned it.

Got the new scales and installed them, they are a cosmetic improvement for sure, though I'm wondering if they are just the too-light scales with some sort of baked-on paint finish? The external orangy finish is not on the back side of the scales - they underlying material is identical to the faulty ones that shipped last year with no attachment clips.
