2. With the LGR gone, and uber-prolific firearms like the SKS and Vz 58, plus the undocumented private sales of non-restricted firearms, this will make enforcement next to impossible.

3. Retailers having sales on firearms and ammunition has nothing to do with a change in laws. Glocks went down in price because the dollar moved back up a bit so it was now possible to inch closer to US prices. S&W ARs for the same reason. Importer and retailers like Irunguns could easily come in and take over the market because they were starting to offer guns imported from the US for much cheaper even with the fees. Before someone mentions the Canadian Tire debacle, remember that no-one else has pulled the humble Simonov from their shelves...

4. If they were going to prohibit all semi autos in this time frame, then all the new semi autos that have come or are coming to market (MPX, Skorpion EVO, Type 81, M&M M10X, etc) would not have been approved, because there are NR versions of most of these, and they can be lost in the ether when it comes to the above mentioned private sales.

5. Not even the UK banned the Fuddly Duck Shotgun.

6. They'd be mad to prohibit legally owned property that has been held for years with no compensation on such a large scale.

7. This exact same post, I have seen it happen almost verbatim from different people nearly every month since I got my PAL, and I have seen their predicted time frames come and go as quickly as the stash of Pizza Pops in my freezer.


Quit stirring the pot. Enjoy your legally owned property and DON'T let moldy hearsay like this make you not buy into and enjoy the hobby.

LOL Ya probably but I do have a small bayonet collection that eventually needs one.

I will check eBay but have not been on there in years, been checking Amazon and Ali with no luck. Prices went up when demand did it seems. At this point I can wait and let others see if they actually fit or not. But thanks for the heads up on eBay guys, I might have to break down and buy one there if they end up fitting.

I mean I can understand why ppl are pissed and it frustrated. Ti haven’t met one date they announced, now I’m assuming he is one of the new pre orders from when Ti posted this thread that they were on the way and in our hands in 6-8 weeks. Now he sells stuff to have a new rifle for deer season and gets screwed by Ti’s more then predicable bs timeline. Some that have been watching since the first announcement years ago know better... but it’s understandable.

lol they couldn’t afford to bring in the guns in the first place hence full payment. Now ppl cancel in last stage lol doubt it will be promptly
 
Don't back out people... I can see why you are frustrated, however, having a Type 81 prototype in my hands now, I am certain it will be worth the wait.

We are so close, and TI does not want to post any dates because they aren't sure, and when they do post a date it does not get met anyhow due to many factors beyond their control. You will be kissing their butts when you get yours in. We are only a few weeks away from having these in hand.

I am so excited. I wonder what the final packaging looks like inside the box... maybe something like the 1990's Polytech AK's?

If you guys waited this long why pull out now? I never pre ordered. proprietary mags where a deal breaker I already ditched my Swiss arms for that reason and I’m soon to ditch my cz 858 once my other rifles I pre ordered get here. It’s a fine looking rifle I hope it all works out for you guys. Don’t cut your nose off to spite your face if you ordered it you want it.
