I think the folder that was "accidentally" sent must have been sent just to trick people into thinking all of the folders arrived. The delay is to wait for them to arrive in Canada, or to give them time to come up with an excuse as to why we need to wait until next year to receive our rifles.

At least I would be able to deal with a retailer that will ship within hours of my order, there is lots of confirmation they are here in Canada, and if I have issues, lots of dealers are there to help me that actually communicate.

And I can buy as many magazines as I want. Not in some future order that may never happen. I can have them right now.

For all I know the folders aren't even out of CBSA lockup. I think we all suspect that now, and TI's refusal to plainly state where the folders are is speaking volumes.

I'm giving them to Monday close of business to prove they have folders shipped, else I'm cancelling and never dealing with them again.

This is more or less what I suggested a while back (that it was an employee or ex-employee and staged), and was laughed at by a few of the TI-worshippers here. Not looking so crazy now, though. If TI was a company that was mostly honest, I think most of us here would be willing to take what they say at face value. But pretty much everything they've said through this whole process has either been a lie or not true, and so I don't think people can be blamed at this point for not trusting what they say and asking for some concrete evidence for TI's claims.
 
And like I said I'm out Monday @ noon them logging on yesterday and not answering any questions or giving any updates to another failed promise to us all... do I want a new toy sure I do.. am I gonna continue this game hell no. If by chance they get sent out next week hope you fellas enjoy them.
 
Oh a quick glance has them logged on again this morning and still nothing.. even more evidence they don't care as clearly they read what everyone has posted.. PATHETIC

Or they don't have an ability to answer, because it's past crunch time and the truth contradicts everything they've said.

Maybe * still nothing* is better than all their BS !! But as I can see they don’t have any respect to their customer
 
I got my fixed on friday and but have not had much time to play with it yet. Finish on machined/casted/wood parts is a little crude but that was expected since it came from a factory that likely cares more about functionality than cosmetics. But overally pretty pleased. Will have to see after I get into the insides if I still like that.
 
Just checked my account....crickets.. 1 and 1... But I bundled my shipping and extra mags
What TI might be doing is packing orders with open lids to see what they have left..
Then keeping track of this thread to see who they are really going to TI'ed
I said a while back 30 orders a day shipped they would be done
 
One thing stopping me from cancelling is it will not have a negative effect on TI. My 14 month preordered rifle will just be bought by someone else a few days later.

This is what they said
"Should be either late today or tomorrow. We have several hundred folders packed, just need to be scanned in. Order status updates would happen Saturday/Sunday"

Ya, maybe they want to make sure everyone that ordered a couple extra mags gets some instead of someone getting 30 and someone else getting 2. Should have been enough in the shipment though. I was hoping to order some more mags later but looks like it may be a long wait.
