ordered one today... just 'coz AK mags will fit with some basic filing (thanks for that guy who posted photos in this regard)

hopefully, it will take long enough time for my wife to find out

next is VZ58 and m305a and xcr7.62x39 to complete the picture

PS-please stop posting BS "unboxing videos", we all know how to open boxes, including 3 minutes waste of time-looking for the knife and cutting the tape), do some sort of informative review.. thanks in advance
 
No news for me either - Solid stock + Folder. But in my mind I'm already disassembling and doing their first cleaning.

I remember a few years ago when TI had the T81 on a page as a possible future import. I was stoked. Then the page was taken down. Then a couple of years go by news came that it was an actual possibility... then the submission to the lab and the show....

It's been a looong wait.

The TI trolling and incessant bashing needs to stop, last warning or the thread will be locked. Also, please be nice people, our employees are getting a lot of abusive emails and phone calls, it is not acceptable. We understand many are excited for the Type 81, but this is the largest preorder in Canadian firearms history, it's simply not something that can be sent out in a week while still maintaining daily operations and communication standards. We are always available for questions via email and phone, with email replies in 1-2 business days and voicemails returned in 1 business day. If your order has not shipped it is still available for full, no questions asked refund to your method of payment.

I guess logic would dictate that all fixed stocks have been shipped and everyone with a fixed stock will have the gun or a tracking number.
How many guys with folders got tracking numbers??? Im sure I lready know the answer!!! HAHA!!

Nobody in cgn has fessed up to having a folder track number yet. And I've never seen a CPC tracking notice go to junk mail, but... You never know.

We also don't know how many they may have processed. It took two and a half weeks for them to ship the fixed stock guns.

Lol, that's a pretty awesome eulogy! You forgot to mention his other hobby of collecting second-hand & surplus fleshlights though! ;)

I doubt he is perma-banned, they'll probably just give him time to cool off till after the folding stock T81's are shipped out. Once people have them in hand, this thread will be as empty as Justin Turdo's mind at a public speech (and so there will be no more reason to b*tch in here).

Man this whole episode has just been a saga of overpromising and under-delivering. Still looking forward to getting this rifle but it has been a bumpy ride.
 
also will be interested in folder/ mags
forgot to mention that even ppl are not happy with M&M company and their distributors in Canada, I'd still add it to the wish list in addition to VZ58, M305a and XCR :)

Oh boy, another missed opportunity.

You could have just apologized for the long wait, thanked all for their patience, and stated fixed have all been shipped (assuming that's the case), and all folders are being shipped. It would've been much smarter and constructive than the combative approaches you have habitually adopted.

You do remember most paid for their rifles months ago and have patiently waiting. They deserve much more respect and credit.

It's apparent that some are your loyal customers (or related/associated with you), but many others have become upset with how you have managed the whole buying and shipping process.

Although only a few have been very vocal, many others are on the same side of the fence. All they have wanted is better update (better ways than you have done) and more understanding and gratitude from you. It is not difficult to do, and you could've done much better.

For the record, I am not loyal to nor related with TI.
I'm just a grown up with more important things to do than whine about a package thats taking a bit of time to arrive.

That said, I really am happy for you if you have nothing else to worry about. It means you don't have actual issues to deal with in your life, so enjoy.

Still waiting for mine too...

Rumour is TI is in legal action with Santa over delivering gifts this close to Christmas. Santa has the sole rights for making boys and girls happy during the Xmas session and he sure as hell won't let TI under cut him :p

We all need to relax a bit ;)
