There is one advantage to the full stock, at least you can refinish the wood if you want. The folding has a plastic cheek piece so it will look silly if you re did wood dark and even worse if you painted the plastic
 
So I emailed them and got a reply today. In our hands in a couple of weeks? :)

I don’t think I’ll ever buy another gun from TI unless it is in stock and ready to ship. If the screenshots above are real it is very disappointing that they are actually replying to emails asking the same old “when will it get here “ questions while I have have had an actual customer service request for my order out to them for over a week with no response. Phone lines go straight to what sounds like a fax tone and No replies to emails on their customer service inbox...

I've emailed them back and forth three times today with prompt replies to each.

Your choice but they usually bring in unique and different things. So even if you buy it elsewhere they got it from TI anyway. I've never had a problem. They (TI )probably wish they did what lever Arms did with the K 12 Puma and just went surprise look at this

(Capital I guess but whatever). I've personally never seen so many impatient people in one place.

Now I'm not talking about you,I don't know your scenario but there are guys on here that have purchased approximately a month or less and are one here every other day "is it here yet" "Where is it in the ocean ?" They forget the fact there is over a thousand of them and
wonder why they haven't got a email update or a phone call to personally tell them.

I believe I just answered that one for some who are wondering where their PERSONAL update is. At this point 2 weeks is nothing. The interest you would get for a grand is nothing and anyone who ordered early got a free Mag a sling and $50 transferable in store credit a total of $108. I think it's pretty fair or I would have pulled the plug along time ago. Nadine is easy to deal with. I grabbed a Match 1919 and a BRS 99 no problem. So I won't be bad mouthing them.

Remember one thing, If it wasn't for TI you wouldn't have them at all.
 
I cancelled my first order a while ago. They replied within a day and were very helpful. I also asked to change from a fixed to a folding stock and they made it happen. They have good customer service from what I experienced.

Yea I changed from a fixed to folding today and they had it taken care of within a hour or so. First time dealing with TI and so far so good in my eyes.
 
Not to mention when I first asked you guys about specs and I was about to pull the trigger in early September, the day of... folding sold out. I had no interest in fixed and I emailed them and asked if they were sold out in which they were. I had expressed my sadness lol and said my goodbyes. I received an email an hour later telling me they had went through old orders and canceled non paid orders to free up some folding. Now if that not customer service I don’t know what it is, now a proud owner (soon to be) of a folder lol :)

Good for you and good on TI, glad you got the model you wanted.
