The bolt is rough and hand filed, the carrier has edges that appear to be hand filed and the bluing on the rails is worn off to bare metal from test firing... So after waiting so long for a fresh rifle, I would feel more comfortable with a new one not just parts to fix an obvious problem child

First an email, then a pm which I did get a reply saying they'd reply to my email request.. but never received the email reply so I left a voicemail to be sure. I also apologized for being a pest however I just want to get this sorted

Have you spoke with TI about this yet?

nevermind, apparently you have taken the steps to get yours sorted.

I emailed photos but they get so many emails I figured I'd pm. Received a reply last night at 1040 saying they'd replied to my email and keep an eye out.. Then when my night shift was over I slept to 240pm.. Still no email received but they told someone else on here I'm getting a replacement so that put me at ease but I still left a voicemail just incase my email is to blame.
 
just got mine. with the 5 spare + 2 base + 1 bonus = 8 mags
really happy, i really like the sight picture that some ##### about.

finish is very polytech, but its at the level i expected.
 
Phew got a response at 443 to return for exchange, got it to the post office 1 minute before close. Looks like TI is going to take care of me with a fresh rifle.
Now the wait begins again haha
