How well does that folder lock when folded in?

Very very tight.
It's the tightest lock up folder I've ever seen to be honest.
Very well made mechanism.
The Chinese clearly were not ####ing around when they made this crude beast of a war implement.

Hey, are there any smaller and less expensive rails or picatinny rear sight clamp on blocks coming out?

One well known Canadian company purchased a T81 from us and said they were working on other rails, but we don't know what's going on with that. Fingers crossed it all works out, we'd love to have more accessories available!

cant live worrying. i bought a csa vz58 this week to replace my cz858 and i will buy a fixed when it arrive.

Ya not much chance running into the RCMP or a fish & game officer if you are out in the bush right.
If you do they will only seize it & charge you with possession of a non registered prohibited weapon when C71 reclassifies them

No trunnions though. Reuse the existing trunnion in the semi auto you convert. Trunnions from full autos would make it converted auto as trunnions are part of the rcmp assessment in a completed receiver set. Receiver is folded flat with trunnions. Not just the flat.

No worries, ours would be using purpose built semi-auto trunions, same ones as what comes with current model. Assembly would require removing front end rivets and re-riveting with new front-end, removing rear stock and re-doing with lmg stock. Would probably require a gunsmith or be handy, but better then no LMG version at all!

I'm already set with rivets/gun and everything else needed to convert one, bring then in!!!!

We also need the carry handles too
