Some strange additions there that don't strike me as wear parts. Should include a bolt.
 
Can anyone comment on the build quality of these Type 81's ?

Is it worth saving $200 - $300 dollars on this, instead of a let's say a VZ58 ?

I am in the market for a 7.62 rifle. I am just undecided on what to get.

Also looking for a KelTec RDB , but they seem impossible to find in Canada.

GL to a T81 is like a fixed bayo to a SKS. cant ask for its removal becos it looks horrible or heavy. it was design that way from the start. its not the same without them.

perhaps in future production, the GL can be threaded on and you can remove it and replace it with a brake.
 
Wasn't able to find any youtube videos on disassembly/cleaning of these rifles. Could someone share some info here? How easy are these to take apart and clean? How durable and accurate are these?
