Type 81 bolt hold open

Ive been having issues with mine, inserting a mag or removing a mag the bolt will slam closed. The issue appears to be the hold open doesnt go up far enough on the bolt head and slips. Any one had any luck removing the bolt hold open? Im thinking either contact ti for a replacement part or shaving a bit off mine so it goes further up just not sure how its removed
 
Id try manually shoving the BHO up into place with ur finger to confirm the problem is in fact that piece. My suspicion would be that its more likely a issue with the spine on the back of the mags follower.

Problem is Ive tried every mag I have which is 8 they all do it
 
Ill have to give them a call this is a 2017 rifle I just got around to testing out. Bolt always locked back fondling it but now that 20 rounds went down the pipe its been finicky
 
the fact it does that when you insert a mag tells me, your bho is probably not all the way up, it should stick up by 5mm from the receiver and it should hold the bolt back by 2.5 mm contact surface. if not then take out the bho and check by pushing the bho stop spring aside with a screw driver.
