A few ppl have speculated the fixed guns run 0-1000 and folders 1000 to 2000.
It's starting to look like batch 2 will be another 1000 rifles in the same proportions 50/50 fixed and folder.
For your info, these guns are marked with the full manufacture year as follows:
20171234.
The importer asked for unique markings different from the military guns, apparently to make it less likely they can be deemed to contain re-used full auto receiver parts. Or at least they claim this in one of their threads.
I would have preferred the military markings myself. Most military guns have the triangle 26 markings and sks-like serial numbers.
If my gun ever gets to me in the mail, I'll post a pic unless someone beats me to it. Unlike some, I'm not paranoid so as to obscure any digits.

Im guessing Claven2 does not have any proof the 2017 year disignator was asked for specifically by the buyer.... Besides, 'if' they asked for one, the Chinese did it how they are used to doing it!

Please stop trolling me everywhere, I was trying to be HELPFUL - I'd kindly ask you to point out where I said TI asked for a 2017 designator, except I never want to read you trolling me again. I said they asked them to not have the factory 26 triangle and TI has publicly commented to that effect.

Yes, I can only recall seeing folders with the 7 there.
