Type 81 stocks. How are they afixed.

Had a search through the threads and haven't come up wirh the info i want. Some say the folder is removable while the fixed isn't. Was wondering if anyone has had their 81 apart could let me know how they mount, ie: Plate/screw attatched to the back. Or if a fitting is welded on.

The folder is riveted in multiple spots to both sides of the receiver. The hinge in which the folding buttstock pivots on also doubles as the rear trunion for the receiver and action spring retainer.

the fixed stock is pinned into the rear trunion with two easily removable pins. the folder is riveted directly into the receiver and is not easily removable without removing the rivets

good to know, i plan on refinishing my type 81 stock.
