Tactical Imports would be nuts to stop selling them, but that means nothing if they can't get the factory to produce them. TI has said repeatedly that the regular type 81 orders are tacked onto larger military orders placed by certain countries that use the type 81

All the "shipments" in the past have been parts of something like 3 orders of product that were sent to Canada in smaller shipments. Last I heard TI is still trying to even get another order in, let alone having shipments ready to come in.
 
We are doing our best, but don't have an ETA unfortunately, wouldn't be anytime this year that is for sure. In the meantime we still have the last few remaining T81 LMG's left in stock and the last of the SR's at a crazy discount :)

We are also working to have T81 LMG M-LOK handguard developed and produced, hopefully in Q1

any chance of ever getting a 556 t81?
 
I'd love to have a 5.56 T81, esp if it had a magwell that took STANAG type magazines, or have an available adapter that allowed it to take STANAGs
 
There was a 5.56 T81 that was developed right before the American import ban was imposed. The EM355
A few of them wound up in the states.
I’d say that its a distinct possibility that they can still manufacture some of those.
