I've read in recent months on a couple different forums where reloaders have either milled off the base of their FL die or stoned off the face of their shellholder in order to reload for a rifle that is so tightly headspaced that regular FL sizing doesnt work.(shellholder to die base contact)
Unless the rifle is for a flat out wildcat round with an ultra tight chamber it makes me wonder where the heck these guys got their first fired cases from
as that tight of a chamber should not even take a factory round.
Has anyone out there had to go that far to get a reloaded round to chamber and what were the circumstances?
