Uberti 12 shot .22lr legal in Canada?

A magazine is not a feature of a revolver.

It is quite definitive that a 12-shot cylinder in a revolver would be permitted.

The Cartridge Magazine Control Regulations govern magazines, for semi automatic (and auto) fire-arms (SOR/98-462 S.3(1)(b)). There are no other Regulations.
