Uberti makes a fine revolver. Very popular in cowboy action. The price seems good as thats right where it should be for a used one if not a bit higher, depending on condition/round count.
You wont be disappointed.

That's a good price for that revolver. The question is what sort of shooting do you want to do with a revolver? You may be better off shelling out a little more for a S&W model 19. The 19 would give you the double action as well as single action option while the Uberti is single action only. In case you don't know this means you need to manually #### the hammer each time before firing. Double action means you can just pull to #### and fire all in one long smooth pull or you can manually #### and fire single action with a super short pull as an option.
For just plinking the Uberti would be nice but these cowboy action revovlers don't come with adjustable sights so you're stuck with the fixed top strap V and a windage adjustable front sight that needs to be filed to height to adjust for the loads you'll be shooting. Meanwhile the 19 or other revolvers come with adjustable sights so you can tailor the aim to suit the loads being shot. For example if you set up the sights to work well with .38Spl and then switch to some .357 Mag the point of impact will be a couple of inches low at 12 to 15 yards with the Mag rounds compared to the Spl's.
At that price I'd buy it and try it. If it turns out you enjoy it then great. If you find you enjoy the idea of a revolver but find you'd like some different features then you'd be able to sell it for the same price and move on to the next one.
