Hey all!!

Seeing as the UBR is almost none-existant arround here, what are you guys using as a substitute to ballance your 12" Free float tubes??

Would very much appreciate any comment or suggestions you migh have.

Thanks for taking the time to read my post.

Hey,

I got that troy 12" rail and I use the magpul PRS, super comfortable and it balances perfectly, it also has the adjustable LOP and adjustable cheek rest. The overall weight is not a problem either, it feels solid and im rock steady with her....

PS Ill post some pics later for ya

50calshooter,
What's your initial thoughts/review of the Magpul PRS? I really like the adjustable cheek piece/butt plate option.

Good quality, the adjustability seems to suffice... Most importantly it balances amazingly with the 16" HBAR and the 12" FF Rail.... To me it makes the rifle seem solid, rather than using the typical slim 6 way adjustable style. I love it! A+

Magpul PRS buttstock is really nice. It's deceptively heavy, but it balances nicely on my Troy MCS. The adjustments are very rugged, there is no slop whatsoever, and there is a nice soft 'click' every one and a half turns or so.

I don't like the PRS - to clunky for anything other than precision.

Would PRS it work on a 7.5" SBR? ;) - Wes at MSTN build killer shorty packages.

I don't think there is anything that comes close to that stock - it offers good cheek weld / solid lock up and overbuild quality of Magpul stuff.

Too bad they are running into production issues - even south of the border URB's are hard to find.

You can try the M93B aka the robot foot a predecessor of the UBR.
