UGARTECHEA (Ruko) Model 900?

I come across a nice little 28ga sxs today. It was marked Ruko model 900 made in Spain by Ugartechea, it has a oil finished english stock with a single trigger and auto ejectors. The receiver is case colored and it has side plates. Now i'm not sure if its a true side lock or not but it did have a little lever on the side of the receiver. Any one on here own one of these or have experience with this model? Any idea of value? Any info would be great. Not much online about this one.

See if that lever unscrews and removes the plates.

quick Google search comes up with Ruko Model 900 made by Zabala Hermanos.

LGS has one. I Google it. No info on it. The one at the store is a sweet looking SXS. Too rich for me, Bought a SKB 600
