Ultra-Hi in .45 cal(Black powder) made by Miroku Japan?

Hi Folks: Has anyone heard of the above Muzzleloader(see title). Just looking for some general info. as to year(s) built, value, etc.? This one has both a .45 cal and a .40 cal barrel? Any info. would be appreciated.
