I do not have a ultrasonic cleaner but do have a wet tumbler and a new Lyman vibratory tumbler. The wet tumbler does a excellent job of cleaning the case "BUT" they can peen the case mouths. A vibratory tumbler will do a good job of cleaning depending on the type media and how long they tumble with no case mouth peening. You need to dry wet cases and may need to poke media out of dry tumbled cases.
I find myself using my vibratory tumbler far more than my wet tumbler after switching to untreated walnut media pet litter and using Nu-Finish polish. And you can let the cases tumble all night long and not damage the cases and they will look great.
