Ultrasonic cleaning solution mix

I`m running some brass through my ultrasonic cleaner

Did regular dish soap first (pretty big batch), then gonna do it in smaller batches with Simple Green HD followed by Lemi Shine

Has anyone mixed Simple Green HD and Lemi Shine? Did it work good? Any adverse effects?

I use dish soap mixed with citric acid with good result. You can get citric acid in 5lb bag from amazon for about $25.

I used to use vinegar, but found it too aggressive, often leave rust on certain brand of cases. Citric acid is much easier on the brass.

HE laundry soap mixed with citric acid. Works better than the Hornady stuff, for 10 percent of the price.

I just put a little dish soap and a pinch of lemi shine together. Comes out plenty clean an hour later.

Vinegar and a good squirt of lemi shine dish soap, rinse well with hot water. Bake at 250F in the oven for 20 minutes then into the tumbler to shine them up.

warm water, 10mins. doesn't come out shiny clean but that doesn't put the holes in the target and I don't need bling brass.
