Are Umarex CP-88 and Walther PPK/S classified as replica under Canadian Laws or some CBSA regulations?

I want to buy them in US and bring them over. Can I legally import them by myself?

There is some chatter that they were reclassified as replica in 2000. Some Canadian stores stopped selling them.

The biggest question is are they still importable? If I declare CP-88 at CBSA, will they let me import them or no?

I can't say for sure.

But airgunsorce, scopes and ammo, replica airgun D&L still sells the CP88 ( black, silver, reg and comp ). I haven't found the PPK, but Ive known I seen them forsale used ( Replica airgun lists them, but not in stock )

As you say, there are loads of places that sell them here; also Pyramyd Air and Airgun Depot ship them from the US to Ca. They have lists of "pre-cleared" items that can cross the border without any problems.
The key thing is they are below 500 fps. A specific muzzle energy is also involved and I think they have to be over 366 fps too.
When these things are all met, they become non-licensed airguns rather than replicas. In other words, if they were spitting out a low velocity projectile or even no projectile at all, they would be illegal replicas. Because they shoot something up to 500 fps, they are airguns even if they are... er... "replicas".
That's my understanding anyway. Clear as mud and don't quote me in case it's all wrong...

they are not replica's based on the fact that they can cause serious harm.

To make things even clearer, the PPK/S bb gun only achieves 290fps (claims of manufacturer). Still not a "replica"

side note: The CP88 is a great CO2 shooter with the 6" barrel (competition model), its the nicest to shoot and quite accurate, hands down my favorite CO2 pistol.
