So not much out there on them. I'm thinking on using one for a HK416 (clone) lower build. It has some of the same basic geometry & the bullet markings. I am wondering how the quality is? along with it compatibility with all mag styles etc. Overall it looks well made. Any "end users" out there have some feedback?

OSTS was supposed to have a line on these, but iirc it fell through for some reason. I don't think they can get UWC Grips anymore as well.

I think that some of the "availability" problems were that UC make limited runs,that usually sell out in hours?

Ya, I believe the one your showing is at least 1 if not 2 Gens old. They do offer a blem Lower, much like Noveskes' "Chainsaw" Lowers, they just don't meet the QC level but are fully functional. Would be nice if someone could at least do a bulk/pre-order of those.

Any "real" changes in the Gen's? I read the spec's and they seem to be pretty standard, however I could have missed something?? I'm wondering if its just in the manufacturing, so a new "Gen" with a new production??
 
I believe the current Gen has a raised rollmark rather than the counter sunk style you showed. Chances are the Lower is of the Aero or CMT variety so spec wise it should be good to go.

Got it, I actually prefer the Gen 1, I like the " umbrella" symbol for the selector in the FA setting. Unless my pics are a "special" run????
 
I have a umbrella corp build , the fit and finish are perfect very good quality uppers and lowers fits tight . Only mags I tried are pmags and work perfect . I have my build here somewhere just check my threads
