UMC 9mm

Do not shoot.

Send email to Remington with picture and lot #.

They will thank you and maybe send you a free boxof ammo.

Seems like Remington does listen to their customers. Here's what they replied to my email:

Remington said:
We have received your inquiry about the Remington ammunition you have purchased. We regret you experienced a problem with this product and thank you for bringing it to our attention.

When there is a concern regarding our ammunition, we request that you please forward us your full name, shipping address, type of ammunition, type of firearm used, and phone number. We also request that you forward us the suspect rounds for our evaluation.

Once this information is received we can forward it to our ammunition plant so that they can send you a pre-paid shipping label to send the ammo back. Also, if the ammunition is indeed found to be faulty, we will reimburse you or replace the ammunition returned to us for evaluation.

However, it is hard for me to send them the round as it will be exporting out of Canada and into the states...

OMG... Just checked the last box of UMC i have yesterday. No bad shorties, but you can spot the length difference with the naked eye. Must be a bad batch of UMC in Vancouver or is it always that bad? Was kinda puzzled withy my gun accuracy but it seems like the ammo might be the problem. Will conduct more testing on the weekend.
