New members should not be allowed access to the EE until they contribute some form of intelligent conversation for a few months, are sure they understand the rules and how things are done around here.

I agree 100% Easy...I did not in the past but with the asshat posts and PM demands to EE ads I have gotten recently I have changed my mind...meaningful contributions, get to know the community and the customs then use the store...YMMV
