Unable to load Norinco HP9 12ga

Mine had no blockage inside the mag tube. But the shell holder does stick out too much to prevent easy loading. SFRC has offered to replace it and cover shipping cost so I've sent it back rather than to try and figure it out myself. It's great to have vendors like them who stand behind the products they sell.
 
Check the loading ramp as well mine was pinching of the space to inject shells into the magazine tube so i filed it down. Easy fix. looks like that's you problem as well.
