Unboxing: CZ 75 SP-01 Shadow Canadian Special Edition

Beautiful!!!
Where & how much did you buy it?

ya me curious too. i have had a shadow for almost 8 years now. I would be such a total lier if i pulled that line so many sellers use: "only 75 rounds down the pipe"
mine would be more like thousands and thousands without a single hiccup, ever
uh, not counting the odd squib when one gets tired because they forgot to keep up with ammo loading the night before the shoot.................
wonderful pistol. I got mine back in the days when Gunnar @ Armco would not let a pistol leave his shop without the trigger being touched up, whether new or used.

Just wanna mention this (the trigger thing) in case you have been lucky and the trigger has been tuned - depending on what yer accustomed to using there might be a lot of un-intentional double taps happening!

Enjoy and thanks for the thread!

Looks nice but $1600?? wow I can get 2 shadows for that price!

One reason I would never get aluminum grips on my CZ is that ugly frame gap. Why won't they do anything to fix that??

$1600! Wow! thats $700 for a trigger job?

plus comp hammer, aluminum grips, aluminum base pads, different recoil spring rod, various springs included, some other custom fitting i believe, and a few other goodies. whether that all comes out to an extra 700 i don't know (of course including the labour and the PITA factor of ordering the parts shipping or taking to a gunsmith it could be close), but it is a sweet package, and if you like the upgrades and the unique canadian branding, i'd say it is worth it.

Very nice! I just picked up a CZ 75 SP-01 Shadow myself. Not the Canadian edition but still enjoying it.

Shadowline comes with the alum grips and some kind of "comp" hammer, though not the same hammer as this one.

Hey that looks exactly like my shadow orange!
