under the camo?

hey guys, i'm looking at buying a tc icon weathershield with the camo stock... just wondering what's under the camo? if i want the black stock is it as simple as just peeling the camo off? would it be the same as the black synthetic stainless gun at that point?

They are film dipped. It's quite durable really. If you were to really gouge it you would see either black or grey.....whatever color that same rifle with a regular synthetic stock was.

In the manuals of some guns that have the rubberized coating it says so e gun cleaning chemicals will remove it. Does t sound that hard to get off.

Try to trade with somebody who has a black one on his, should be able to find a taker. Lots of poeple like camo stocks out there. At least try it before risking making a dogs breakfast out of your's.
