undercutting glock trigger guard

anyone had much issue doing this? or would not recommend?

I question the practicality of this mod.

With the finger grooves in the grip, it really doesn't allow for gripping the gun higher up.

If you have really large hands on a G19 I could see it possibly helping but I am not convinced.

Take away too much and crack it and you are up #### creek as that frame is the gun so to speak as well.

i wasn't pondering those points myself, was curious to see if anyone had done it and what their thoughts were
i don't have large hands so to speak, just creepishly long fingers.... lol

Don't do it. you'll reduce the resale vale and will not gain anything.

I did it. I have large hands. I used a Dremel to remove a bit of material only on the right side of the guard, where it would hit my knuckle. More comfortable now.

I do this to Glocks I intend to keep. If you shoot them a lot the trigger guard shape is hard on your knuckle.

Takes two minutes to fix and makes the gun work better for me. I usually just trim it with a sharp knife and finish with sandpaper. Easy.

my glock 26 came with this from "factory" if your going to undercut it I would stay close to the g26 outline.

why would you ever need to sell a glock?
