unfitted/unfinished mags

I was perusing the Questar selection of magpul mags. I noticed they all say
unfitted/unfinished.
What is this in reference to? I can see they are pinned to 5 rnds. So maybe mags will need fitting to the magwell?

fit and finsih means raw rivets, they have not been grind down flush and cover in black epoxy.

Just use a file and flatten them. Pretty easy, and you can't beat their price.

ahhh i see.
So I would just have to file down the rivet so that the mag slides in nicely.
