I've been reading the threads about the excellent grouse populations this year and I have an unholy craving for them all of a sudden.
Unfortunately I will be unable to get out to the places I am familiar with to hunt them this year.
Can anyone recommend any places within a short drive from Calgary that would be good to go to. Public lands or friendly farmers are ok. If you dont want to make the information public, PM me please.
