i did a quick google search but didnt find anything negative

I've read somewhere that polish and egyptian made TTs have some non interchangeble parts with russian & romanian made, which makes these parts a lot less avalable.

It's not the caliber, it's a steel core that goes trough backstop like a butter. If you shoot FMJ you are good.

Maybe try to weld a beavertail on it  could work ...

That's an interesting mod. Not sure yet what I think about the chrome but I do like the trigger holes.

I have another Tok 1945, it did not shot many rounds since in service and will stay original.
