Unlubed gas checked rifle bullets

Just recieved some cast bullets from the bullet barn they are 200gr. 313 bullets.. They came with no lube in the groove.. Is this ok?

They have a dry lube on them,no need for any additional lubrication,I shoot them out of my Enfields and Ross and work fine.
Usually there is a note in the box with that info.
