This is the message I got from PR when I sent my transfer notice to them.

Please allow up to a week for this to ship as our shipping department is quite backed up with orders. Once they have packed this and created a label, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

I'm in no hurry. I've waited this long and my pistol range is outdoors.
 
I guess the concern being I didnt even get that email and my follow up didnt really indicate anything specific to my situation and was entirely generic.

Ill be honest in that i didnt expect this one to be the hangup considering it was PR but i guess thats what happened...
Ive ordered a number since June and never waited longer then 3 days for a ship notice from multiple retailers... and after i forwarded the transfer i never had to follow up on one

Ill give it a few more days and see what happens... Technically based on your response Im not outside the window so I guess Im ok?

Email me your order number info@prophetriver.com and I will get it looked into. Jaymee is a trooper but there has been another surge of approvals. She tries to respond but ever email she sends is less time to pick the order and get it to shipping.

Jaymee did say I should wait about a week before my pistol ships. Sucks I'll miss this coming IPSC match but we can always use it next month
 
I just received my last transfer approval. Purchased as the end of August. Just need to go to the store and pick up now.

Feels like an end of an era…will miss this Christmas in February feeling!

Looks like a week at least ... approval was on Feb 7th, forwarded immediately ... order status still not changed from awaiting clearance, but a note added ...
hopefully CP will not play their "What package? To where?" games when shipped finally ...

Phase 2 in the process is we stop looking at the Ontario approvals thread and start checking out online account to see order status. LOL.
 
Transfer emails that are not getting a response within a reasonable time is 90% likely because it's a hotmail/outlook account, and for some reason my emails have failed to deliver to a few of them for some reason! -Jaymee

When I sent my transfer on monday, I was told to wait a week. but this comment from 3 days ago says most shipped within 24 hours which has me conflicted, should I be worried if mine hasn’t been shipped in nearly a week?
