Lose some. If I had a dollar for every time I was not the first I’ll buy that on cgn I’d be rich but that’s the nature of the beast.
 
I've had nothing but great service from the staff there. If something is on the shelf and is for sale on-line too, then there is always a chance someone will walk in and choose the item before your call or email arrives.
 
The folks at Reliable are top notch, I called to enquire about a 3 barrel 870 combo package I was curious about. I told the guy I was coming down to Vancouver in 2-3 weeks for work and wondered how many they had in stock, he said 2 and he’d just set one aside for me to look over when I came down. Sure enough it was on hold for me 2-3 weeks later and I looked it over and walked out with it, you gotta love service like that.
 
What ? The online store inventory is synchronized once or twice an hour? That’s far more than I would have thought ! Reliable is an outstanding business in all of my dealings.
 
Bought a lot of different products from Reliable (one of my LGS's), nothing but top notch service with friendly and helpful staff...
 
Reliable staff is top notch - unfortunately the timing of the in-store sale was not in your favor.
