Unremovable screw... Any tips?

FINALLY WENT OUT!! Muhahahahaha

Tried with the torx hammered in it, but it stripped also. Then I tried a square bit, #3 or #4 not sure... But hammered into the allen stripped head, was very tight but gently made it's own pattern. Looked pretty solid, it went out with the driver... What a satisfaction! :)

Thanks all for the help.

All that tapping to get the Robertson tip to fit likely stretched and loosened the screw as well. But hey, it did the job. Glad you had your own happy ending.

Canadian tire has a type of easy out called a grabit (I believe), and they come in tiny sizes. I use them quite often and they work slick

torx bit, light tap with a small gunsmith type hammer to fix it into the hole, add some muscle to the screw driver and it will back right out. if not drill and retap the hole
