Unremovable screw... Any tips?

Always handy to have in the ol' Toolbox. Or as mentioned, EZ-Outs work a fine trick. Use a Centre Punch before drilling to prevent it from walking... you want to keep it as straight as possible while drilling.

FINALLY WENT OUT!! Muhahahahaha

Tried with the torx hammered in it, but it stripped also. Then I tried a square bit, #3 or #4 not sure... But hammered into the allen stripped head, was very tight but gently made it's own pattern. Looked pretty solid, it went out with the driver... What a satisfaction!

All that tapping to get the Robertson tip to fit likely stretched and loosened the screw as well. But hey, it did the job. Glad you had your own happy ending.

All of the above - but if you have access, use a drill press with a left turn drill bit and the torque of the bit will likely heat it and pull it out.

The drill press has to have reverse rotation to work

Canadian tire has a type of easy out called a grabit (I believe), and they come in tiny sizes. I use them quite often and they work slick

torx bit, light tap with a small gunsmith type hammer to fix it into the hole, add some muscle to the screw driver and it will back right out. if not drill and retap the hole

Sometimes turning a fastener in the direction for tightening before backing it out seems to work well.
