Unthreading a BSA barrel from the reciever?

It fit really well...I still have the receiver if anyone is interested or is in need of one.

It was the first thought that came to my mind. If it's otherwise; complete I'll rebuild it!

I have one that has been modded to CF by shortening the lever ears. A mate for it in rimfire would be a good match, and saves the guilt of breaking a complete gun.

I stripped off all the old finish off the stocks and redone em in tung oil.turned ok I guess....I kinda wished I went with linseed oil but there.It's done now....I'm thinking on na cold bluing job soon....it all original pieces and parts but I always wanted a decent BSA for shooting and just to have

You might want to look in here for rust bluing, there have been several people that tried it with good results on projects. It is more involved then cold bluing but the results are good and the process is reasonable simple.
