The rifle is about 1913 manufacture. Tang sights were quite popular on the early rifle models, less common on carbines. (Rifles have a 26" barrel, carbines 20")
The .30 WCF is the .30-30. Although I notice this one also has a sporting rear sight, which suggests an aftermarket add-on at some point.
I'm guessing the gun is a rifle model, round barrel, probably a crescent buttplate. Very standard issue, but the tang sight adds a bit if value, as does an octagonal barrel. Actually, until about WW I, the octagonal barrel outsold the round barrel on the rifle models by a good margin, but the octagonal is more valuable today. It was about a 2 dollar option at the turn of the century. Price will be dependent on condition, but if you send more photos to this forum, one of our gurus can probably ballpark it.
Besides which, Win 94's are one of the coolest rifles on earth. If I had a long-barrel model, I'd just keep it.
