++UPDATE April 24/23++ Interest in Shorter Barrel for the new Derya TM22 ?

While you're at it how about coming up with some reasonably priced mags for the TM22. $65-70 each is a deal breaker for me (and, I suspect, a lot of others). Otherwise I'd be very interested in one of these guns.

Yes please

... I have the GSG-16 you guys built, and it is a DREAM.... Managed to keep both!

I would be HAPPY with a barrel change from DLASK! But.... I would amazed in a "complete" model where you modify the rifle and sell it with the modified barrel out the gate... So that I would have both the 18" and the shorter barrel to compare to.

Yes, whatever combination above 12.5" + normal milspec/commercial collapsing buttstock and still 26" OAL would be perfect.

Just a bit longer then the stock handguard would be economical, probably around 12.5 or maybe a bit longer.... win-win.

I would be in for a barrel length that would keep the rifle at 26" with a folding stock.

I would also be in for a barrel that is 8-9" with fixed stock.

Either bull barrel with fluting or CF. Something accurate, short and light.

Thanks

Yes!!!
Would this be a barrel only or a complete rifle?
Just asking so I don’t buy one elsewhere if you plan on offering
The complete rifle like you did with gs16.

Can someone do a rendering of what it will look like?

Like this I guess

I would be interested if you sold a complete rifle as pictured.....

You guy's are aware that is a restricted PC Carbine in a Midwest Industries chassis right?
Looks cool but that setup is like 5x the cost of the Derya TM22.

Post #33 is what an actual TM22 with a short barrel would look like.

Two things that I feel are worth taking into consideration when you finalize the barrel length:

1) 10-11" wouldn't be legal for hunting in BC.

2) My understanding is these are compatible with AR stocks, which means a lot of people will probably be switching out their factory stock, many of which will be collapsing and thus a bit more barrel could keep those configurations NR as well.

I'd be very interested in a shorter barrel that would work with a collapsing stock. I'm in the market for a new 22lr for my kids and the tm22 plus a collapsing stock is currently leading the pack for me.
