What would be the cost for just the barrel? I don’t currently own a PS90 but I’ve wanted one since I got my PAL but I don’t want a restricted one. Obviously I’d have to pay for install and paperwork once I have the rifle but I don’t want to miss out on the opportunity.

Install is possible with basic tools and verification for me has been a $25 fee at my local gunshop, then I submit the paperwork via fax to the CFC.

Which shop do you use for verification?

It was easy to swap out the 16 inch barrel for the 10.4 myself with minimal tools.

If I bought the barrel and did my own barrel swap, how would I go about changing it to NR?

You would need an RCMP approved verifier to report the change, from what I understand.

From the sounds of it, yes. If you haven't contacted them already, do it soon so they know how many blanks to order. I have a feeling there will be whiners that complain that they missed out because they failed to act during the time frame asked of the organizers of this GB.

No chance at this point in time. Parts are on order so it's just a matter of them arriving and us machining the barrels etc.
