If someone local has a Bren and would be willing to let us peek at the innards please let me know. We are actually kind of keen to see if we can get N/R barrels on the go for these.

I'll be bringing mine in Leigh as soon as it arrives so you can check it out.

I guess I should pick up all the other re-barreling jobs you have for me first lol.
 
Update, I have ordered one and it should be here in a month or so form the importer. In the meantime we will do our best to populate what we do best, .22's ,and once the Bren hits the shop we can evaluate it for conversion barrels.

Kudos for putting your money where mouth is! Even if you can't make the barrel, at least you have a cool range toy :p

Is this for 556, or 762?

Interested in a 7.62x39 barrel
 
Slow your roll Ghost Riders, lol. As I mentioned, once I get a sample here in my grubby little mitts I will assess the rifle and the ease to which we can make new barrels. I have the blanks for both calibers in stock and ready to turn so it will be fairly quick. Just need that sample....
 
Thanks for looking into it. Found this on the internet, looks to be an 8" barrel assembly.

Please make SBR lengths as well, I heard the barrels are easily swappable, you'll be surprised how many people will buy the restricted barrels. ACR restricted barrels always sold out as soon as they hit the shelves and nobody buys a NR BRS-99 without buying a restricted barrel with it ;)

just wondering when we could expect to placing order for Bren 2 - 762x39 & 223 NR barrel?
