No. It is a TUF-22.

It shares a platform with Ruger 10/22 rifles but it has design changes to enhance reliability. It has only ever been produced as a rifle and will only ever be produced as a rifle. The magazines designed for it are proprietary and will NOT fit into any other 10/22 platform firearm.
