UPDATE: Rossi Ranch Hand Mares Leg

Not yet, it reached customs on the 8th and should be here any day now. I'll post pictures when it shows up. I'm really looking forward to swapping the stocks out. I think it'll turn this rifle into a much more useful weapon. Just to note that Boyd's had the stock shipped the day after I ordered it. Excellent service, the only holdup has been the shipping.
 
I have a Boyd's full stock and Steve's sights on mine and it shoots very accurate! It's nice having both stocks for different purposes.

Well, I got one in 45 colt last week. I finally took her out today. I find it shoots about 14 inches high. It does group very well however. It seems like new sights are in order.

This just blows me away. 14 inches? And the QC still hasn't picked up on it and fixed it. Haha. New sights are a must
 
I got mine direct from voodoo but I think earlier in the thread someone said wanstalls might be getting some? Its cheaper to get it from wanstalls.
 
Boyds Stock Replacement

The Boyds stock arrived. Took 2 hours to sand to fit. The only issue was the tang screw didn't line up so I'll have to wood fill and redrill it. Knowing the rough fit & finish of the Ranch Hand I'll put the blame on the Rossi.

And now it feels more natural. The gun shoulders well and cycling subsequent rounds is fast, positive & accurate with the buttstock planted in my shoulder. Oh and the plastic Boyds butt plate has to go.

My foreend barrel band screw was broken on arrival and I bet it won't be long till people start loosing screws because they forget to check them periodically......

Also if you do talk with Rossi about parts maybe you could bring in some buttstocks as well if the price is right?

Sweet looking carbine cant wate to get started on mine
Im sending Gary my Chiappa mare's lag back because the lever has to much play in it for me
hope Gary can get them to add a full stock to my mare's lag when Chiappa fix the SLOPPY lever
I wood like to see a scout mount for Chiapa ML

Hay Garry can you get spare barrels for Chiappa take down ML
Swich barrel/callaber is a nice plus fore the Chiappa 92's take-down (swich-barrel)
 
I finly got out and shot the Chiappa ML man that thing is fun to shot!
at 20 yards the 38 were 1 inch high yehoo with a mini reflex sight and a full stock it will be wicked
With sum small mods it is going to be one hell of a bush carbine for deer.
I really like the pop the 38 makes insted bang just to much fun
