Update

Anyway thanks for the replies I just needed some of your guys thoughts on this one. I just get over cautious when selling/ transporting restricted firearms.

Sounds like you know less about the process than your buyer dose. I sure wouldn't be happy if you wanted to wait for the transfer approval to come in the mail.. and then wait again for the att to come in the mail before shipping it.

What kind of federal officer is the op suppose to be?

I have owned restricted guns for just over year and just a few months back I bought my 1st handgun over the EE and didn't know the procedure either. The process is different than going to a store and buying. Seems like the new guy had legitimate questions but his answers (that guy) were less than ideal. Still OP no offense but you were a bit of an ass to the new guy.

Hopefully everything works out!

Well i usually just call in and confirm the transfer cause there are times that it does take a few days to get approved. i was just wondering because of the type of communication and the buyer not knowing that he had to call in and complete the transfer thats all.

The kind that goes to work and deals with convicted criminals you know rapists, murders, skinners, child molesters, hence my lack of trust in people.

Ok so your a corrections officer. I was just wondering, the way you said it in the pm i was thinking you were a Police Officer.

***So i was in fact wrong this guy CGN handle Sniper### is legit, he was just new to buying restricted firearms and this was his first time buying from a private sale. Long story short I had alot of apologizing to do to this guy. lesson learned when dealing with people new to this sight and new to buying firearms...be patient and understanding when dealing newbies. We would not want people to be afraid and cancel their CGN membership because of an A$$ like me.

I had a similar expierence last month on CGN, I kept pming the guy to no avail thought something was going on. My mind started to crazy, turned out it was a simple misunderstanding and I turned out looking like an insacure jackass. Lesson learned, patience is a virtue
