Hello all F-CLass and F-Curious shooters!

I am posting the dates for the BC F-Class matches and their locations. I have got them up on my website, including links to the entry forms

(I have also put the AB schedule up too!)

1) These matches may not be obvious from their titles or locations that they ARE F-Class I have indicated the classes being shot beside the dates.
2) We now have a new introductory/entry-level factory sporter class for those who would like to try competitive shooting using their existing sporting rifle (versus a purpose-built target trype rifle)
3) BC is developing a large following of F-Class shooters of all abilities and these matches fill fast.

PLEASE feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I do have entry forms I can email out to you if need be. riflebarrels@telus.net

Thats so nice ...wish I was living closer to you folks. Seems since the last meeting with the f-class folks a month ago in hopes of setting up a F-class club out at the Homestead range there has been no sign of things to come. It was fun setting up my 6BR to shoot one hole groups in hopes of shooting in a competition some day but hear in Alberta not much happens in seems. I know there was talk about doing work at the range but it must be for the privileged few, oh well I have a nice gun to say the least and hope I can make it to BC and pit my talents against Richard at least once this year.

Regards

I am trying to have this changed to late August. Many complaints from the hunters amonst us (and in fact I lost 2 days on my LEH moose draw with the 2009 match) for running at this time of year.

Ian, I got a link from Richard about the June 5th, 6th 300-500m Regional shoot at KTSA, but I see on the entry form it's a BCRA event, and that's where the entry fee is to be mailed. Is BCRA membership a requirement to enter this?

Steve, BCRA/DCRA memberships are only compulsory for the shoots on DND ranges. The Sierra shoot is a BCRA ISSF championship, but because it is held at private facilities, The BCRA membership is optional.

Fees are always paid to the match director. He is the one that has to pay the markers, buy the targets, buy the awards etc. Anything in Kamloops is Richard, except the V-Bulls shoot. That's my thing.
