Well since I first posted that my 17 yrs old daughter Ali shot her first 25x25 she has done it 3 additional times and quite a few 24s.
We had our club championship last weekend a 4 gun affair so she shot them all.
Ali had never shot the .410 before but she wanted to. First round ever was a 18 second was a 21 solid hits. She had a 25 in the 20ga when I had a 24 that round. Man that's gettin tough on the old guy !
We have both had a straight the same round once. That doesn't hurt as much ! Ha ha
Anyway she continues to improve and luvs shooting and her old dad is very proud and having a ball also

Be safe

10-4 tigger lots of ammo to shoot. Your boy will do just great I'm sure !
My 11 yrs old daughter has just started busting disks also.
What a blast to be able to do this with your kids.

Thanks

Thanks BB

Rocco

Suffice to say, I recall first seeing her in Mom's arms at the Club at a few weeks old.

Probably harder now keeping her out of the shell bag than it used to be away from the Club snack bar !

Will we be checking out Universities that have a decent Gun Club nearby ???
I know that was one of Susan Nattrass's criteria in choosing McMaster
for her Masters.

Hey beretta boy she's thinking about going through for Hygenist at a dentist office so maybe she will commute to shcool from home.
Ali has had a couple 49x50 when she has had a 25 so I think it could be coming soon. She has felt the pain of dropping a low 7 for a 50x50 suffice to say low 7 are paying a smokin price now !

Thanks hor the kind words everybody !

Every once in a while shooters take that one for granted and it bites them. It's a lesson some of us have to learn more than once.

CB / Brad

I think we've all succumbed to that one.

IIRC, Barney Hartman and D.Lee Braun both mentioned in print that they floated a 7 Low to miss out on their first potential 100 straights with the "idiot stick".

Commuting back and forth from school to home will save a bundle on residence.
More $ for shells ! ( ... and she'll eat better and likely have fewer hangovers too ! )

Congrats...

Did you ever consider introducing her into International Skeet, there are various Junior programs that provide coaching and financial support?

Take care...
