UPG TDI grips

Aren't the TDI grips the same as these CAA ones? http://www.caatactical.com/viewProduct.asp?ID=81&catID=30
If so, then I have seen plenty of them at The Shooting Edge in Calgary. Not sure how long it might take them to get 30 in, but give them a call.
