howdy all,

I'm looking to boost the ergonomics of my 22/45 Lite. it's the first gen Lite model, so it's not on Ruger's site anymore, but here's a pic:

I'm going to install the Majestic Arms quick take down kit and I'm looking to get the MA extended mag release and bolt release.

MA has a trigger and a firing pin, but I've never heard anyone speak about them, so thought I would ask and see if anyone here's used them and what they think?

Majestic Arms. I tried their slide racker and did not like it. The reviews on the speed strip are hit or miss some enjoy it, some say it caused issues.

Go with Tandemkross victory trigger.

Tandemkross sells a kit for the MKIII 2245. It includes a firing pin, mag disconnect bushing, mag release, extractor, LCI delete and a new slide stop that all you do, is pull back the bolt to release. Honestly I did not like the mag release being it was way too big.

If you want the mag release message me ( yours for shipping )

thanks for your reply OS!

I'm honestly okay with the mag release and slide release, just thought I would add something a bit fancier than the plastic bits it came with.

does anyone else out there make a quick release kit like MA?

and the rail...where'd you get yours? MA has a slim/low profile one that looks a lot better than the kludge the pistol game with. :p

I installed the speed strip kit in my Mark III. Best money I spent on that gun. Mags drop easier, trigger pull was lightened and cleaning it is a hell of a lot easier

Yeah but I don't need to pull back the bolt and the slide stop in order the release the slide or hit the slide stop :p

Its just a factory scope mount. Didnt like the super long or how it hung over so I just cut it down..Didnt cost me any extra.

That's due to replacing the hammer bushing, deleting the mag safety.

If you order from tandemkross, get all your goodies on the same order. They have this silly rule of only one order every 30 days for international customers.
