Upgrading an M9S

Hello all,

The 92FS was my dream handgun for most of my life and I was lucky enough to snag a surplus M9S before the ban rolled though. Not what I had hoped for but I'm grateful to have something.

I believe that the slide for an 92FS would fit on my M9s, from the bit of google research I've done.

I would like to buy some things like the 92FS slide with better sights, trigger spring upgrade kits, better grips, etc to improve what I have.

Is there somewhere I can buy these things in Canada (legally obviously)? Or am I out of luck? Googlefu is failing me here.

Updating this for anyone wondering the same thing:

After more reading I've found that the slides are compatible with the primary difference being the hammer pin block. The M9S has no way to move the hammer pin block on the later series slides and so that needs to be removed which does leave you with a rectangular hole in the top of the slide.

If anyone knows where I can buy an M9 / 92FS / 96 slide please let me know
 
The only place i believe that sells those in Canada is Stoeger, the can get a black slide for 92FS, which should be compatible but check with them. its about $720+tax and 3-4 month lead time
